Starting September 3rd we will be making MAJOR changes to the crops. All crops EXCEPT for the last crop of the month which is Croppin' At The Movies will be FREE! This is how it's going to work... When you call you sign up there will be a $5 fee which you will receive back in store credit when you come to the crop. If you do not cancel within 24 hours or no show you will forfit your $5. Croppin' At The Movies will still be $20 due to dinner and the movie. Friday nights are going to fill up fast so don't wait! Sign up yoday!

We are all moved in to our wonderful new location on the square in Prescott!!! I can't wait to share it with you all. Feel free to stop by and check it out.With that said, we have some changes going on as well. First off, our hours have changed. We are open until 7 pm on Friday and Saturday. I'm considering being open on Sunday and would love some feed back from you as to the hours and your overall opinion on it. Secondly, starting next week we will be doing daily make n takes. So make sure to stop by and check them out. Last but not least we are going to carry consignment. If you have something you would like to sell in the store please contact me. I really want to offer customers items that are hand crafted by the local's.

I also want to address the parking. I know some of you have mentioned concern. It's going to be trial and error a few times before I get it right. But here's what I'm planning. I'm going to put cones in a few spaces in front of the store and that's where we will load and unload. Then we can buddy up if needed to move our cars to the parking garage across the street. It is well lighted and safe. I have walked over to it several times late and haven't had any issues. As always, I am open for suggestions if you have a better idea.

We are getting our Facebook up and going so I can keep everyone informed. For the next 2 weeks every person that becomes a follower on the blog as well as facebook will be put into a drawing for a gift certificate to the store. So don't delay sign up today!!

Sketches

Don't we all think at one point or another, "I wish I could get more pages done, faster." There IS a way to do that...with the help of sketches! They come so handy when you want to whip up a page. All you do is plug in your paper and embellishments are boom!...you have a design=)

I found one for you gals, thought it'd be a fun and easy one for you. I got it from Pencil Lines, they have so many sketches to choose from and you can check out how their design team interpreted those sketches into their designs. Be sure to check them out!

When working with a sketch you can stritcly stick to it's design to make it simpler, or you can add your own personal touch to it. Move things around, add things...do as ur creativity tells you.

Happenings at the Store!!!

We have been so busy the last few weeks making changes and unloading product. It has been so fun. We can't wait for you to come in and see all that is new at the store.

On Saturday, April 24th, Scrapbookish is hosting a "GOLD" party. The party is held from 10:00 to 2:00 and if you are unable to attend, drop off your gold ahead of time. The party is open house style, come and have some refreshments while you wait for your loot to be weighted. There is no buying or sales presentation at this home party. You will receive 70% of your total price of gold.

Also on the 24th we have our Memory Mixers class, so come to the gold party and stick around for Memory Mixers. There are so many fabulous things you can make with your Memory Mixers software.

Lastly, May 1st is National Scrapbook Day. Come and celebrate with us at the store. We will be having a crop from 9:00 to 9:00. Cost is $40 for the whole day. There will be Make-n-Takes, giveaways and a Raffle. During the next few weeks, for every $5 of merchandise you purchase in the store you will receive a raffle ticket for your very own CINCH!! Ok we just got our hands on these fantastic interchangeable bracelet style watches! They come in all different colors and sizes with interchangeable faces too. We started the day with 11 and they are going fast so! If you like these please come and check them out they are insanely beautiful and really really popular! I have 2 so far I have never received so many compliments over a WATCH! I love them they are awesome!! "Wrist Candy" watches are what we are calling them and they are alot prettier in real life! ok THIS Sat. FEB. the 21st is the FREE CROP not March 21st like it says on the emails being sent out?! SORRY I am losing my mind lately!
